Short version: 420Grades is a free directory and educational publisher, not a shop. Product links take you to third-party retailers, and any purchase is between you and that retailer. The site is for adults of legal age. Nothing here is medical or legal advice, and we do not publish ratings, grades or first-party test results.

1. What 420Grades is

420Grades publishes a directory of hemp and CBD brands, cannabinoid explainers, buying guides and legal explainers. The site is informational. It is not a retailer, dispensary, laboratory, medical provider or law firm.

We do not sell, ship, deliver or store the products listed. We do not take payment for products, hold inventory, or handle orders, shipping, returns or refunds. Product pages and “Buy product” buttons link to third-party brands or affiliate networks.

2. Purchases happen somewhere else

When you follow a product link, you leave 420grades.com and enter a third party’s site. Any purchase is a contract between you and that third party. Its terms of sale, privacy policy, shipping rules, return policy, warranties and age checks apply. Check them before you pay.

We are not responsible for a third party’s products, pricing, availability, shipping, labelling, testing, compliance or customer service. We cannot cancel, change, track or refund an order placed with someone else.

3. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the retailer or affiliate network may pay 420Grades a commission. The price you pay is not increased by the commission. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how this works.

Affiliate relationships do not buy a rating or a grade. We do not publish star ratings or grades, and we do not accept payment for a positive assessment.

4. Product information is a snapshot

Prices, sizes, cannabinoid content, ingredients, availability and shipping restrictions on this site are compiled from brand and affiliate data. They can change without notice, and an import can lag behind a retailer’s page. The retailer’s current product page and batch certificate of analysis are the authoritative sources. Verify before you buy.

We try to correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current or accurate. If you spot a problem, tell us.

5. No medical or legal advice

The content on 420grades.com is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not legal advice. Cannabinoid products can interact with medicines, affect driving and cause adverse effects. Laws differ by state and change often, including the federal changes described in our 2026 hemp law guide.

Talk to a qualified clinician about your health and a licensed attorney about your legal position. Do not rely on this site as a substitute for either.

6. Age restriction

You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age for hemp or cannabinoid products where you live if that is higher, to follow purchasing links on this site. The educational pages are written for adults. Do not use the site to buy or obtain a product for anyone under the legal age.

7. Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote short excerpts from the site with attribution. You may not:

• scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a volume that interferes with normal use, or use it to build a competing database;
• copy or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission;
• attempt to access restricted areas, bypass security, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written consent;
• upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate 420Grades, a brand, a laboratory or a regulator;
• use the site to break the hemp, cannabis, customs or consumer-protection law that applies to you.

We may restrict access or take other reasonable steps if we believe the site is being misused.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout, original graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to 420Grades. Brand names, logos, product images and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use a third party’s mark.

You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the page. You may not republish a full article, use our content to train a commercial model without permission, or present our text as your own.

9. Third-party content and links

The site links to brand websites, retailers, laboratories, regulators, news feeds and research. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination page.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 420Grades disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 420Grades is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any product or service you obtain from a third party.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 420Grades against reasonable costs and losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, except to the extent the loss is caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state or country in which the operator of 420Grades is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this clause removes a right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, email us at 420Grades@gmail.com with a description of the dispute and allow 30 days for a response. Many issues can be resolved that way.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is material, we will make it clear on this page.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy, are the entire agreement between you and 420Grades about use of the site.
